If you fall outside a main centre you can add 1 working day to the lead time. Main Centres include any destination within a 50km radius of the following cities: Pretoria, Johannesburg, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, George, Port Elizabeth, East London, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, and Polokwane (Pietersburg).

All domestic shipping destinations usually take 3 – 5 business days to be delivered. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Your delivery address must be a physical address. It is essential to include your area code. If the address provided is a home address the person receiving the parcel will be deemed as authorised and must be available between 8h00-17h00.

If packages are lost using a non-trackable option we will not be able to retrieve or reimburse the purchase.

Waist: measure across the waist at the smallest point. Keep tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room. Hips: stand up straight with feet together. Measure around the widest part of the hips.
