We are situated in Stellenbosch so please contact us to pop in to try on some of our garments. The best way to contact us is through email at contactus@myfifthelement.co.za.
If a garment size is not available, please send us a message and place your order directly with us. Alternatively it will indicate if your size is available on back order. Please note should you purchase an item on back order, it may take up to 14 days for your delivery to arrive. You will be informed about the waiting period and status of your order via email.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment reflects in our bank account.
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies paid in any way agreed by us are limited by our terms & conditions. SECURE PAYMENT OPTIONS
With Fifth Element Sportswear you have the option to pay for your transaction by bonus new member manual EFT or instant EFT. Instant EFT is a seamless, hassle-free and instant method of paying for your transaction, making online-shopping quick and easy.
It allows you to pay for the transaction from any of your bank accounts e.g. savings account, credit card account, cheque account, etc. The payment is made immediately (no need to email a proof of payment), allowing us to process your order faster.
We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express through our Payfast secure online payment. Electronic bank transfers is accepted and your order will be confirmed and shipped once the payment reflects in our account. We currently do not accept payment by check or money order. For credit card protection purposes, we do not accept phone orders.

SHIPPING
We always strive to ship an order out as quickly as possible. We personally pack every order with care, on the same day that we receive order payment.
Delivery Time
If you fall outside a main centre you can add 1 working day to the lead time. Main Centres include any destination within a 50km radius of the following cities: Pretoria, Johannesburg, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, George, Port Elizabeth, East London, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, and Polokwane (Pietersburg). All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days placing your order unless otherwise specified at checkout. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery Address
Your delivery address must be a physical address. It is essential to include your area code. If the address provided is a home address the person receiving the parcel will be deemed as authorised and must be available between 8h00-17h00.
SHIPPING COSTS
We ship all our packages using Fastway. A flat rate for shipping will be calculated during checkout should you choose this option. Please note that some shipping options are not trackable. If packages are lost using a non-trackable option we will not be able to retrieve or reimburse the purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To qualify for a size exchange, your Fifth Element Sportswear garment must arrive to us within 7 days of the date you received it. Please allow 5 days of transit time back to our head office.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please note we have a no cash refund policy, therefore you can only exchange your returned garment for an alternative garment.
Therefore please check the size guide and product details for each garment carefully before confirming your purchase.
The courier cost for returns & exchange will be for the buyer’s account and not for the shipper.
HOW TO RETURN
Please send an email to contactus@myfifthelement.co.za to begin your exchange process. We will respond to your email withing 24 hours after receipt of your email.
To process your return, your garment must be in its original packaging. Should we find that the garment might be damaged on return, My Fifth Element (Pty) Ltd. have the right to refuse an exchange.
RISK OF LOSS
All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by Fifth Element Sportswear. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Fifth Element Sportswear delivers these items to the carrier.
CARE GUIDE
A few simple guidelines can help you to get the most out of your garments. Learn how to keep them looking and performing like new over time.
The vibrant colours on our garments will stay vibrant for wash after wash. To ensure the long life of your garments, we recommend you to follow the care instructions:
- Hand Wash in cold water with a mild liquid detergent or
- Or Machine Wash Cold Water Delicate Cycle
- Do Not Tumble Dry; Dry Clean; Iron or Bleach
- Avoid Using Fabric Softener. Most fabric softeners contain silicone, which can block the tiny pores in the fabric and diminish its moisture-inhibiting capabilities.
- Do Not Use Excessive Heat When Washing Or Drying
Your best bet is to hand wash cold and to dry naturally. - Wash Like Products Together. Avoid washing your garments with coarse fabrics or apparel that has hardware (zippers, Velcro, etc.)
