How it works:
1. Add to cart
2. Proceed to checkout (as with any other purchase)
3. We will email the gift voucher to you or your chosen recipient.
4. Your order will not be eligible for COD if you add a voucher to your cart.
5. The voucher will be valid for three (3) months after it has been issued (date of purchase).
6. If you have lost your voucher, please email us proof of purchase so we can check our system to retrieve your voucher code.
All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days placing your order unless otherwise specified at checkout. We personally pack every order with care, on the same day that we receive order payment.
If you fall outside a main centre you can add 1 working day to the lead time. Main Centres include any destination within a 50km radius of the following cities: Pretoria, Johannesburg, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, George, Port Elizabeth, East London, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, and Polokwane (Pietersburg).
All domestic shipping destinations usually take 3 – 5 business days to be delivered. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Your delivery address must be a physical address. It is essential to include your area code. If the address provided is a home address the person receiving the parcel will be deemed as authorised and must be available between 8h00-17h00.
SHIPPING COSTS
We ship all our packages using The Courier Guy. A flat rate for shipping will be calculated during checkout should you choose this option. Please note that some shipping options are not trackable. If packages are lost using a non-trackable option we will not be able to retrieve or reimburse the purchase.
